Our Story

How we started

Dedee Boring, Wise Founder, began this Network as a response to the lack of female representation in commercial real estate networking spaces. Initially founded in Austin, Wise was created to empower women and offer a platform for networking and education in the multifamily real estate sector. What started as a local initiative quickly grew into a movement, expanding into cities like Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Denver, Raleigh, and Seattle.

The mission of Wise is to guide and support women in their journey to becoming confident and knowledgeable investors in commercial real estate. With a focus on multifamily, self-storage, NNN leases, office, industrial, land, and hospitality, Wise encourages women to explore various asset classes and investment opportunities while building their confidence and self-worth.
