Terms and Conditions for Wise Network Subscriptions

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the Wise Network! By subscribing to our membership services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your subscription. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Wise Network, LLC ("Wise Network,").

2. Subscription Services

Wise Network offers subscription-based membership services designed to empower and educate women in commercial real estate investing. By subscribing, you gain access to exclusive content, resources, and events, as specified on our website or marketing materials.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize Wise Network to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees, including any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis.

  • Renewal Period: Subscriptions renew for the same time period as the original subscription unless otherwise specified (e.g., monthly, annually).

  • Renewal Notice: We may send you a reminder email before your subscription renews. However, it is your responsibility to manage your subscription.

4. Subscription Cancellation (FTC Click to Cancel Compliance)

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the following methods:

  • Online Cancellation: Visit your account settings on our website and select the "Cancel Subscription" option.

  • Email Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription."

We ensure that the cancellation process is simple and straightforward. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused time within the current subscription period unless required by law.



5. Refunds

Wise Network does not offer refunds for subscription fees once charged, except where required by law. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle.

6. Subscription Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan by accessing your account settings. Changes will take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on the nature of the change.

7. Pricing and Billing

  • Billing Schedule: Subscription fees are charged in advance, based on the subscription period selected (e.g., monthly, annually).

  • Price Changes: We may modify subscription fees with advance notice provided to your registered email address. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and account information. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to Wise Network services until payment is successfully processed.
